The apartment consists of a living room with kitchen nook and pull-out sofa (width 1.90m), two comfortable double rooms, a bathroom with shower, bidet and toilet, a separate toilet and a big sunny balcony with a nice view.
Our two non-smoking apartments are particularly suitable for guests who want to holiday together with friends. They are located in adjacent buildings and offer the possibility of socialising without leaving the apartment, thanks to the flexible nature of the balcony partition.
Our house is open to guests from March 29th to November 08th.

Additional information
CONDITIONS
The prices are per night and apartment for 2 people. The visitor’s tax of €1.35 per person for all guests over 14 years is not included in the price. Final cleaning and laundry are included.
CONFIRMATION
To make a binding booking confirmation we require a deposit in the amount of 3 nights’ stay.
DURATION
The minimum stay is 7 days in high season and 4 days in low season. If you stay less than 4 nights, we charge an additional 25% per night.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
The price offer is only valid for people who have booked for the entire period. The price for additional guests or single overnight stays can be provided on request.
CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Holiday apartments are ready from 3 pm on your day of arrival. When departing, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
For your peace of mind, we recommend you take out European travel cancellation insurance.
CANCELLATION
In case of room cancellation from 90 to 28 days before your booking date, we reserve the right to keep the deposit as compensation due. If you cancel after this period, you will be charged the amount of the final invoice.
